- baguette*
- olive oil + fine sea salt
- triple creme Brie**
- orange cranberry marmalade***
- fresh thyme leaves
Preheat the oven on broil (HIGH).
Drizzle baguette slices with olive oil and season with fine sea salt (both - lightly).
Broil on HIGH until golden.
Let cool for a few minutes and spread 1-2 teaspoons of Brie on top of each piece.
Top with the same amount of marmalade.

* Use the freshest baguette possible (meaning purchased on the same day you’re serving it). If you have to buy it a day ahead, keep it wrapped tightly in foil at room temperature.
**You can also use Brillat-Savarin or Saint Angel. Or any extra creamy decadent cheese you like!
